Picwa is free for all users, and comes without spyware, adware, or any type of malware.

While there are currently no limits to the amount of images you may upload, please do not use Picwa as an image server. Please make sure the copyright owner of every image you upload has given you permission to place their images on Picwa.

Only upload images suitable for a general audience. We will not hesitate to delete images or ban users if uploaded images are deemed offensive by us.

While every effort has been taken to ensure that Picwa will not adversly impact your computer, you use it at your own risk.
